SHIPPING POLICY

All the shippings are handled by FedEx. All of the orders received on a business day will be shipped the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. Expected delivery time is 3-5 business days, however, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We will provide you with a tracking code, so you will be able to track your product and know its current location. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Delivery time may vary if the purchase has to be evaluated by the anti-fraud department.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in the manufacturing for 10 days from the day we send the product.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request to return the product to us for refund or exchange within 10 days after the product was sent, provided that the product has not been installed/used and that the protective cover on the double-sided tape has not been peel off. The product to be returned or exchanged needs to be in new condition without any blemishes. De Wolfe Luxury Walls reserves the right to return the product to Customer if the product is not in the new condition. The customer pays the shipping fees to return the product plus the shipping costs that De Wolfe has spent when the product was sent to the customer. 

Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 10 days from the day we send the product. We will be paying for the return shipping fees if it is the fulfillment mistakes that we made.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Union Pay. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. We only ship to the billing address of the credit card/Paypal. If billing address and shipping address do not match, please contact us before placing an order.
